Soft, chewy, and kid approved, Éban’s Award-winning Oat Bread is free of soy, wheat, dairy and preservatives but loaded with taste, texture and possibility. Crafted using certified gluten-free oats, free-roaming chicken eggs and our whole and ancient grain gluten-free flour blend- this loaf has held up to the most scrutinous reviews from kids of all ages who don’t like “bits” in their breads. Our Oat loaf has a smooth texture and is our version of ‘white bread’ but with substance. Most commonly found book-ending an oozing PB&J or a perfectly gooey grilled cheese, it also serves as an excellent salad crouton when seasoned up, cubed and toasted; and performs beautifully as fresh or dried bread crumbs for any recipe requiring a binder or breading, like meatballs or chicken fingers for frying. This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. We use ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and our eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.
