Is there a cleaning fee?
There is a refundable cleaning DEPOSIT of $150 attached to every booking.
What is your Refund Policy?
- 100% refund if cancellation notice is provided 30 or more days before the scheduled event. Rescheduling is allowed but forfeits the refund.
- 80% refund if cancellation notice is provided 14 or more days before the scheduled event. Rescheduling is allowed but forfeits the refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event.
What types of events can be hosted at the venue?
Our venue is perfect for a wide range of events, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate meetings, and other special occasions.
Do you provide food and beverage?
No. We do not provide food and beverages directly, but you're welcome to bring your own or work with one of our recommended caterers.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Absolutely! You are welcome to decorate, but we ask that no permanent alterations be made. Please no high-tack tapes.
Is there ample parking available for guests?
Yes. There is plenty of lot space along with street parking.
Can we come in early to set up?
No. Your time block is your time to set up, host event, and tear down. Please respect the events before yours and after yours.
