Cleaning & Damage Deposit Policy

To maintain the integrity and aesthetic of our venue, all events are subject to the following cleaning and damage policies.

Deposit Forfeiture Policy

Your cleaning/damage deposit will be automatically and non-negotiably forfeited under the following circumstances:

• Any rule violation outlined below

• Cleaning requirements exceeding 30 minutes of staff time

• Failure to restore the space to its original condition

By purchasing your event pass, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

Automatic Deposit Forfeiture – Non-Negotiable

The deposit will be forfeited immediately if any of the following occur:

1. Permanent Alterations

• Any permanent or semi-permanent alteration to:

  • Walls, Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures, Plants, Decor elements within the venue

2. Prohibited Adhesives & Hanging Materials

Only Command™ Strips (or similar non-residue) or Hooks are permitted.

The following are strictly prohibited:

✘ Packing tape
✘ Glue dots
✘ Scotch tape
✘ High-tack or industrial adhesives
✘ Nails, screws, staples, or tacks

Any surface damage resulting from improper materials will result in deposit forfeiture.

3. Prohibited Decorative Materials

The following items are not permitted inside or outside the venue:

✘ Glitter
✘ Confetti
✘ Rice
✘ Loose flower petals (unless pre-approved)
✘ Any small celebratory scatter materials

These items create excessive cleaning time and damage risk.

Damage Policy

If any item is broken, damaged, or missing during your event:

• For items valued over $150, the client agrees to replace the item at fair market value if available.

• If the item is discontinued, custom, or one-of-a-kind, the client agrees to remit a direct replacement payment to Alive 614 LLC, who will source a comparable replacement.

Replacement costs will be communicated & invoiced within 7 days of the event.

By completing your booking and purchasing your event pass, you:

• Accept full responsibility for guests and vendors

• Agree to all venue policies

• Acknowledge that deposit forfeiture is automatic for violations

These terms are non-negotiable and apply to all bookings.
